Press Release: Local CPA Firm adds Partners & Staff
Steinke Vertal Langdon & Drum Inc. (SVLD Inc.) is pleased to announce
Bill Stasuk, CPA and Don Jacobson, CPA have been added as Partners/Owners. As
part of this transaction the firm of Hill, Stonestreet & Co. which was
founded over 75 years ago will combine operations with SVLD Inc.
Robert Drum, president of SVLD Inc. says that he is excited to announce this
combination and these additions. "We will be in a stronger position to
service our client needs now and into the future. We will also be able to add
new services including certified audits."
Stasuk has over 30 years of experience, specializing in accounting, tax and
audits to companies in all stages of growth, from start-ups to established
companies. His audit experience includes retail business, credit unions,
construction, and ERISA retirement plans. Corporate, personal and trust tax
preparation are all within area of expertise. Born and raised and currently
residing in the Cleveland Suburbs, Bill graduated from Cleveland State
University in 1983. Bill is currently a member of the AICPA and OSCPA.
Jacobson has over 38 years of experience working at an international CPA
firm, a local firm and as a sole practitioner. Don has worked with startup
businesses, established, for profit organizations and individuals and
specializes in wholesale/distribution groups and construction sub trades
requiring multiple local tax filings. A Cleveland native, Don graduated from
John Marshall High School and Cleveland State University. He currently resides
in North Olmsted and is a member of nation and state professional organizations
and a member of the Cleveland Restoration Society.
In addition, Sarah Patrick who has interned with the firm has graduated
from Bowling Green with an Accounting Degree and has joined the firm full time.
In addition to starting her career, Sarah is pursuing her Master’s Degree at
Cleveland State and plans on sitting for the CPA exam.
